Today was a fun day for the boys, my mom and I.  We came across two elk walking in downtown Estes.  We parked and got out, so we could get some good pictures. It was a crazy site to see, plus one of the elks had a strand of Christmas lights tangled around his antler.  Surprisingly he didn’t seem to be bothered by it!  It was fun following them until…

The elk found their way to our car before we did!

Although I did freak out a bit, they didn’t put a scratch on it and they couldn’t get any closer!
